Status of June order:
1st June: Order sent to supplier, gotten a reply from supplier that one of the items is OOS.
2nd June: Got back to customer who wanted that product and confirmed changes, sent order in again.
3rd and 4th June: Sat and Sunday, supplier day off :(
5th June: Payment made, items shipped in the afternoon.
6th June: Tracking number issued
7th June: Items in the airport at supplier's country. Willl be processed and ready to be sent to Singapore in 2 days MAX
9th June: Items @ SG airport
10th - 11th June: SAT AND SUN :(
12th June: ITEMS REACHED ME! :)
Status now: I have sent the normal mail items out today. Will settle registered mail by tmr OR wednesday and email my dear girl's reference number by wednesday night! :)
This month's orders:
I received some broken colours for the first time :( But I have pressed the broken ones in the afternoon. If anything you ordered is broken, I would have already emailed you.
For broken palettes due to shipping TO ME, I will suggest the following:
1. I give further discounts to the current palette OR next order
2. If really alot of the eyeshadow colours are broken(More than half of the palette), I will do a replacement for FREE. if you want the broken piece, I will sell it at 35% of the price. BUT this is for more than 50% breakage. OR around there
3. You choose another palette that is instock. If price is more than your current palette by below $2.50, NO COST will be added.
NOTE: You will choose either 1, 2 or 3. :)
Any damages after products left me will not be compensated UNLESS its due to my poor pakaging. HOWEVER, if the broken palette is troubling you so much that it dampens your mood the entire day, please give us an email and we'll look into the problem, and see if there is anything we could do. :)
